Commission slots are not guaranteed until the minimum required payment, a valid photo ID, and a signed copy of the commission contract from the potential client is received.

SHOP POLICES

When purchasing anything keep in mind that all items in those stores are handmade with love and care. Each item takes time to be crafted and are custom made to order so slight variations may occur even when ordering duplicates.

Due to the nature of this business, we request that all customers credit the part or parts of the costume(s) that were made by us. Please do not resell, trace, re-mold, or claim that you have made the items you purchased from us. The internet is vast and you will eventually be caught and legal action may be pursued.

  • Subject of email should be the current date and type of commission it is. Please provide reference images in your email, both image and written descriptions are acceptable. All information that can be provided upfront will make the process smoother. The more details and specifics you can provide the better.

  • I reserve the right to refuse your commission without stating the cause.

PAYMENT

  • Payment is in USD. For orders over $150 USD a minimum of 50% of the deposit is required before work can begin.

  • Please keep in mind that the in order to be considered for a cosplay commission, you must request this project at least 6 months in advance. This gives me time to gather all the information about what materials you want used and how you want the project completed. RUSH ORDER ARE +50% OF THE QUOTE COMMISSION PRICE. ANYTHING WITH LESS THAN A 3 WEEK NOTICE WILL REQUIRE A RUSH ORDER FEE.

  • Most commissions will require a contract. All commissions totaling over $150 USD will require both parties to fill out a contract with their legal names or applicable monikers. This contract will detail the specifics and agreements of the cosplay commission.  The sole purpose of the contract is to protect both the artist and the purchaser, and outline terms such as payment agreements, character rights, and a due date if applicable.  In the event that the terms of the contract are broken, the commission will be considered void and dealt with at my discretion.

  • We accept PayPal and debit/credit via Square. When payment is received your order shall be marked as such, please allow 3 days for payment statuses when paying by e-transfer to be updated.

SHIPPING

  • Shipping is not included unless otherwise stated. Shipping that is included on orders is standard shipping which does not include insurance or a tracking number. If your purchase is lost in the mail their is nothing that we can do unless you had upgraded to a shipping service that includes a tracking number or insurance. To upgrade your shipping service please contact us for prices prior to us shipping.

    Furthermore as the buyer you are responsible for any and all duties, taxes, customs and/or import fees that may occur. In the event an item exceeds the estimated or prepaid total for shipping we will contact you to request further payment, should you refuse to pay or be unable to pay your items may be withheld until payment is made. If you wish to cancel you will be refunded to the value of the product but not the shipping. The product in question will than be put up for sale unaltered unless the design is of a character you own in which case minor alterations will be done though it will largely be kept the same.

REFUND POLICY

  • Cosplay commissions/custom items have a 30-day limited warranty from the day you receive them. The warranty covers loose / ripped stitches, popped seams, things falling off / coming unglued, pieces that do not fit or work as they should, and generally anything wrong with the item upon receiving it in the mail. Any damages that were caused by mishandling during shipping  would be covered by shipping insurance. These cosplays are meant to handled with care, and such as, the warranty will not cover any damages caused by mishandling the finished product.  Because of this, I will deny a warranty claim if I believe the damaged was caused by misconduct or misuse of the cosplay or custom item. Warranties are void if you decided to try and alter the cosplay/custom item yourself and damaged it without consulting me first.

  • There are no returns on custom made items. Copyright states that it is illegal to share digital items without proper purchase. Everything listed within my shop and website belongs to me and may not be distributed. All images taken of my artwork belong to me. I hold the right to publish all of my works to social media and use them for my own use. You may not use the items in my shop to create your own molds for personal use or sale.

MISC.

  • ALLERGY WARNING - Items are made in a smoke-free studio, however we do own pets. If you have severe allergies or wish to inquire as the breed or species of our pets, please contact us. Thank you.

  • Prior to shipping orders, we will send you photos of your order for approval. Should you wish any changes to be done we will do them to the best of our ability free of charge (unless the revision request is deemed unreasonable). You can get up to three revisions before we begin to charge for the alterations. In the event you choose to not pay for further revisions we will ship the order without any further photos. On smaller orders (under 100$) revision requests will be done at our sole discretion. This policy exists to protect the business from incurring financial losses from potentially difficult customers.
