FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Where are you located at?
We are in central Kentucky, USA.
2. Who is Ruggles and Crickett?
We have been best friends since 2005, we both were introduced into the cosplay and anime scene at a young age. We both love to be creative and craft projects for ourselves. We’re now using our skills to help others achieve their crafted dreams in either commissioned cosplays or commissioned art. We decided to turn our talents into a business, thus becoming The Winged Kitsune.
3. What do you make?
Ruggles is a seamstress and a crafter and can create crafted items such as cosplays, props, bags, accessories, and anything sewn. She also dabbles in 3D printing, 3D designs and foam crafting. Crickett is an artist with a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design. She can draw anything that can come to the imagination, which includes designs, logos, labels, posters and more.
4. Will you make/draw [insert project idea]?

5. Where do you ship to?
Currently, we are only shipping out to the US.
6. How long do custom orders take?
Orders can take any where from two weeks to several months depending upon the project. For a larger scale commissions it could take several months, this will be discussed with you via email on the process.
7. What happens if a custom item doesn’t fit?
If a custom item doesn’t fit you have 30 days to send it back for an adjustment. Commissions for custom fit items will be fitted to the measurements that are given at the beginning of the commission process. Be sure to measure correctly for the best fit!
8. What is your return policy?
We do not do returns. However, we do offer a 30 day guarantee of the product. If for some reason something breaks, a seam pops, or something falls off, we recommend that you send back the item to be fixed or replaced.
7. How should take care of [X] product?
Products will come with instructions of care with each bag or cosplay.
